ATLANTA, Ga. (January 13, 2026) – Gas South donated $5.8 million across 38 nonprofits in 2025, the largest annual contribution in its history.

Notable projects funded by Gas South include:

“Every year, our team goes above and beyond to live out our commitment to Be A Fuel For Good. We’re honored to partner with nonprofits that are creating meaningful and lasting change for children and families in the communities we serve,” said Kevin Greiner, president and CEO.

This milestone surpasses the $4.1 million given in 2024, continuing Gas South’s commitment to nonprofits focused on basic needs, education and healthcare across Georgia and Florida.

“Uncertainty can amplify everyday challenges for families,” said Carley Stephens, director of corporate giving. “In 2025, we leaned into our purpose to Be A Fuel For Good —showing up for and standing with our community—so more kids could learn, grow, and thrive no matter what the year brought.”

In addition to funds, 307 Gas South employees contributed more than 1,800 volunteer hours, impacting 38 charities total, as reported in their 2025 Annual Impact Report.

“While dollars are important, we’re committed to showing up for our Fuel For Good Allies with boots on the groundwork,” said Stephens. “We’re grateful to work alongside partners and customers who share our vision of making a positive impact together.”

Gas South also hosted its 8th annual Impact Investment Awards, inviting customers to vote for two nonprofits to receive $100,000 each to support their missions. Lekotek of Georgia and Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC) were named winners after more than 8,600 community votes.

“Gas South has been an exceptional community partner in every sense,” said a representative of partner organization 100 Black Men. “The organization has consistently demonstrated unwavering reliability and responsiveness while showing genuine investment in our mission and the students we serve. What sets this partnership apart is Gas South's commitment to going beyond simply providing funding.”

More than $25 million has been donated since Gas South began in 2006. To support efforts, Gas South launched its Be A Fuel For Good commitment in 2017, dedicating 5% of profits to causes that uplift children and families.
